Seven nights in Morocco
Fall 2026
Tentatative Itinerary 

Day 1  Marrakesh  

Welcome to Morocco! Airport transfer to our Riad.

Introductions and welcome dinner 

 

Day 2 Marrakesh  

We will be met by our guide after breakfast who will give us an introduction to Marrakesh as we head out to explore some of the main sites of the “red city” on foot.

​

And yes – don’t worry, you’ll also have plenty of time to do your own shopping after our guide gives us the run down on where to go and what to avoid.

 

Sights to see: the Koutoubia mosque (exterior only), Madrassa Ben Youssef, El Badi Palace, an elegant ruin in the Jewish quarter, and Bahia Palace a fine example of Moroccan craftsmanship. We will also visit the Saadian Tombs from the 16th century, resting place of the Sultans.

 

Afternoon free at leisure, until we meet up for a fun belly dancing lesson at our private Riad.  

Dinner on your own out on the town or at our Riad

Day 3 Marrakech

 

We'll start the morning with our daily yoga ritual, followed by a lovely breakfast and belly dancing lesson. The rest of the morning is at your leisure.

Lunch on your own in town or at the Riad. 

At 2pm our guide will meet us for a visit to some of the gardens Marrakech has to offer. Visit will include Majorelle Gardens and its museum.

Special Dinner with entertainment at Le Comptoir 

Day 4 Marrakech

Begin your day with yoga and breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Today is filled with special Goddess treats including a traditional Hammam spa pampering experience, and a private photo shoot to capture your inner Goddess. There will be a belly dance lesson with a fun group photo shoot as well.

 

Lunch will be served at our Riad. 

Dinner on your own or shared with the group tonight. Don't forget we need to be up early for our big excursion tomorrow!

Day 5  Depart Marrakech -

Alas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Skoura oasis

We'll enjoy dramatic views of the snow capped Atlas Mountains as we make our journey to the Sahara desert. We will stop at Ait BenHaddou, a well preserved Kasbah where Laurence of Arabia was filmed. 

*Dinner and overnight in the palm oasis town of Skoura. 

 

Day 6 Dades

Todra Gorge – Merzouga and Erg Chebbi desert dunes

 

In the morning we'll continue on our journey to the Berber Village of Ait Ouzzine where we will learn to make traditional dishes and have lunch with a Berber family. After lunch get your hands and feet painted with Henna or have your hair adorned with saffron by a local village artist.

We'll also visit the Musicians of Khemlia in Merzouga before heading off to our Sunset Camel ride into our luxury camp.

As evening falls we retreat to the comforts and luxury of our exclusive private desert camp where we will enjoy a delicious 1001 Arabian Nights Dinner followed by music, dancing and a special fire ceremony around the campfire beneath the starry African sky.

*Tents have en-suite bathroom and shower facilities. 

Day 7 return toMarrakech -

After breakfast we depart our camp via the Todra Gorge. Visit and light hike around the canyon to stretch our legs. Lunch on our own of local Fare with Views of the Todra Gorge. We'll continue our journey stopping in the Valley of Roses where rose water and other products such as soaps, oil, creams, perfume, and dried flowers are made. Yes- you can purchase these items here, there will be time for shopping and stretching. We will arrive back to Marrakesh in the evening.

         (total Driving Time: 9-10 Hours)

The drive is very scenic, with cliffs rising dramatically up to 300m on each side of a narrow corridor, these are some of the most impressive cliffs and are by far, the highest in
Morocco. 

Dinner will be served at the Riad. 

Day 8 DepartMorcocco!

We say our goodbyes at breakfast. Transfer to the airport is available at designated time. If you need to leave separately we can arrange another transfer for you at your cost.

Yoga:

Each day you have the option to join us for yoga practice that will get your whole body and soul tuning into your inner Goddess. That part of you that is empowered and vital. This is a great way to start the day with intention and get you ready for a glorious day.

 

Belly Dancing: 

Belly Dance is a dance for all women. We will have a group belly dance lesson each day in Marrakesh, and lots of fun practicing our new moves at Il Comptoir club and around the campfire in the Sahara. 

 

Ceremonies and Rituals

will be incorporated throughout our journey to connect support and nurture each other

 

Cost Includes:

  • Vehicle transfer in 17 seat minibus on 3 day desert excursion

  • English speaking guide during the journey

  • All accommodation as mentioned above in authentic Riad, or farmhouse with en suite baths 

  • All meals as mentioned above & all the mint tea you desire
