Nourish your soul with a taste of Italy
Dreaming of the
Amalfi Coast?
Let us make that dream a reality
September 1-8
2018
We had so much fun on our Wine Tour of Tuscany we decided to do it again!
Join Ann Marie Packard and Robin Salls,
as we set sail for magical places
dreams are made of...
Amalfi, Capri, Positano, and Ravello
Imagine waking up to the exquisite beauty of the Amalfi coast, breathing in the breathtaking views as you nourish your soul living a long awaited dream...
For one glorious week you'll feel like a local, living in a private villa situated between Positano and Amalfi, just 20 minutes walk from the center of Amalfi. The local bus stops near the steps leading up to our villa if you want to explore on your own or prefer not to walk into Amalfi.
What to Expect
This beautiful villa sits fortress-like on the side of a hill overlooking a beautiful stretch of coastline and picturesque angle of Amalfi photographed and printed on postcards!
Built on several levels, with views from three panoramic terraces, this villa offers plenty of privacy for everyone in our group.
Upon arrival enjoy a welcome dinner overlooking the stunning views of Amalfi at sunset.
Our table...
with a view on the main terrace, where we'll enjoy our daily breakfasts and dinners served outdoors at the villa
Our villa
The Amalfi coast and our villa by night set against one of the most picturesque backdrops, and it's all ours for the week!
Your morning
Start your day with breakfast on the terrace before we head out to enjoy a special excursion with our own private guide whisking us safely through the narrow winding coastal roads
Your room
Stunning views from most rooms, with plenty of space. Some with small sitting areas and private terraces. Couples will have private double rooms, singles will be sharing twin bedrooms.
Is this trip for you?
If you dream of experiencing the Amalfi coast, without having to drive the crazy winding roads squeezing past buses and maniacal scooter drivers on streets wide enough for 1 car... And enjoy the idea of simply showing up and having a fabulous time with a small group of like minded people, this vacation is for you!
A magical dream come true in the one of the most beautiful places in the world
Local cuisine in Italy is based on the freshness of the local produce, using organically grown vegetables and free range meat locally sourced from the surrounding area. Here on the coast fresh seafood is abundant.
Your senses will be seduced by the mouthwatering aromas and array of simple culinary delights throughout our journey.
Bring your appetite!
Ahhhh... I can hear the food, wine, limoncello, desserts and cappuccino calling me... can't wait!!
A little taste of what you'll experience...
Tastings
We will enjoy a very special tasting of home made limoncello, walk through lemon gardens and taste delicious lemon specialties.
...And of course no trip to Italy (especially with Girls Gone Grape) would be complete without tasting locally-produced Amalfi wines in one the beautiful vineyards along the Coast!
Excursions...
We'll explore the hilltop towns etched into craggily cliffs, experience local customs and once-in-a-lifetime moments.
In Ravello we'll visit Villa Cimbrone with its "terrace of infinity" also a favored escape of Virginia Woolf and Greta Garbo. Lots of free time for lunch and shopping.
We'll spend a gorgeous day on a private boat exploring the island of Capri and it's grottoes stopping wherever you like for snorkeling or swimming. Prosecco, soft drinks and snacks will be served on board. Towels provided.
You'll also have 3 hours to explore this beautiful island on your own before we head back to Amalfi.
A truly magical experience, sure to be a highlight of your trip.

Whats not Included:
Please Note:
While the Amalfi Coast is beautiful and charming, it is also steep, with many uphill and downhill stairs and walkways. In general, it is an area that is not kind to those with mobility issues. I will mention all reviews said the steps are well worth it because of the views!
The good news is you can eat all you want and return home in better shape than when you left!
This villa is located about three flights up, just off the main Amalfi Coast road (approximately 110 steps). You will have an opportunity to explore some beautiful walking trails offering stunning views in Capri and Positano, so don't forget your camera!
This trip is for you if you love Italy, amazing food, stunning views and and want a taste of la dolce vita... the sweet life.
It is Not for you if you have mobility issues and can't manage a lot of stairs and walking.
Solo travelers and couples welcome
Meet your hosts
Ann Marie Packard
Your Host, and event planner
I'm so excited to share this magical week with you on the stunning coast of Amalfi! I fell in love with Italy when I was 18 and each year I return and discover something new. I love sharing my passion for Italy and creating amazing trips so you don't have to stress about details. Come awaken your wanderlust spirit in one of my favorite places.
I started this journey after my father passed away in 2007 without ever having realized his dream of traveling. It was then that I realized life is for living and experiencing now and it has become my mission to share the gift of travel and help people to live their dreams.
